1 Year Limited Hull Structural Warranty

*1-Year Limited Structural Hull Warranty*

L`acqua Royale Yacht, LLC (\\\\"Manufacturer\\\\") warrants the structural integrity of the hull of the boat purchased for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, under normal use and service. This warranty covers only the structural components of the hull, defined as the primary load-bearing elements.

*Disclaimers and Exclusions:*

*Non-Structural Components*: This warranty does not cover any non-structural components, including but not limited to gel coat finishes, paint, or cosmetic damage such as blistering, discoloration, or fading.

*Wear and Tear*: Normal wear and tear, including damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, additional maintenance, or unauthorized modifications, is not covered by this warranty.

*Environmental Factors*: Damage caused by environmental conditions such as exposure to salt water, chemicals, or UV rays is excluded from this warranty. *Third Party Installations*: Any damage caused by the installation of aftermarket accessories or third party modifications will void the hull structural warranty.

*Accidental or Collateral Damage*: This warranty does not extend to damage caused by accident, collision or impact with any object (floating or otherwise).

*Improper Use*: Any structural damage resulting from racing, overloading or improper impact is expressly excluded.

*Commercial Use*: This warranty does not apply if the boat is used for any commercial purposes, including charter, rental or other commercial operations.

*Owner’s Responsibility*: It is the owner’s responsibility to follow all maintenance and care guidelines provided by the Manufacturer. Failure to do so will result in the voiding of the warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner of the boat. All claims under this warranty must be submitted with proof of purchase, and any repairs must be performed by an authorized service center approved by L`acqua Royale Yacht, LLC.

*No Implied Warranties*: To the maximum extent permitted by law, no implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply beyond the one-year period of this limited warranty.

*Limitation of Liability*: The manufacturer’s liability is limited to repairing or replacing the structural hull at its option, and shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, transportation or other costs related to repairs.
